The following is an overview of the images contained in the press set

To build an interchange with and over one of Melbourne’s busiest freeways, PERI AUS supplied an optimized formwork and scaffolding solution from one source. In addition, PERI engineers closely collaborated with the project participants and provided them with 3D renderings to ensure that all requirements could be fulfilled.

The new interchange on the Princes Freeway will have traffic benefits for the wider region and will allow easier access to the Princes Freeway from Sneydes Road. PERI selected VARIO, heavy duty SLS propping and PERI UP Rosett scaffold systems to construct the oblique piers at an angle of 60 degree to approx. 5 meters high.

One of the challenges of this project was the demanding design, which included architectural features to the pier faces. To fulfil these requirements, PERI designed and supplied the flexible VARIO girder wall formwork system to permit fast shuttering and re-usability, coupled with our flexibile scaffold and shoring system.
