Fast cycle times and low material requirements

ALPHADECK Panel Formwork is the ideal system for simple and fast slab forming either for experienced contractors or those looking to switch to system formwork.  Significant time, labour and material savings are made compared to traditional slab forming and a large reduction in the use of raw materials on site such as timber and plywood.

The large-area panels are easy to handle thanks to their low weight and can be moved without the use of a crane. By combining only three basic components - panel, head and prop - ALPHADECK  can be used efficiently and safely even by inexperienced site personnel. The drophead system allows striking to occur whilst props remain in place to shore the existing slab, reducing the amount of material required through cycling the panels to the next concreting section.

  • ALPHADECK offers considerable time and cost savings due to the large panels and possibility of early striking.  Only one prop is required for every 2.88m squared of slab surface.

  • ALPHADECK's simple setup can be carried out with minimal training effort.  The panels can be swivelled upwards from the working level to ensure no working at height is required.

  • With only three basic components - panel, head and prop - and early striking option, the material volumes are low.  This results in a cost-effective options, improved efficiency and reduced storage space and handling.
