Strike when it’s right

Our PERI InSite Temperature Sensor measures the strength of your concrete, helping you to avoid premature striking and subsequent rebuild or repair costs.

If formwork is struck too early it can cause cracks in the concrete, affecting the structure’s overall strength and integrity.

With the PERI InSite Temperature Sensor you work with real-time data to determine the optimal time for striking. Striking operations can be carried out earlier and the amount of formwork material you need can be reduced.

Quick Facts

  • Work with real-time data to determine the ideal time for striking
  • Striking operations can be carried out earlier thanks to real-time data
  • Monitor the temperature of the concrete without even being on site

Receive accurate readings no matter where you are

The sensor measures the temperature at different points in the concrete and automatically transmits the data directly to the user’s location.  This means that the temperature of mass concrete and winter concrete can be determined directly from any given location – for example, from the comfort of the office. This ensures that the temperature of the concrete does not drop below what is required.

Settings and services can be managed in the web application. An alarm function informs the user when the temperature or the difference in temperature between two measuring points exceeds or falls below a set value.

With our digital technology, all your data can be accessed and stored on a single platform, eliminating any time-consuming manual read-outs and measuring point recordings.
